A free crochet reindeer pattern for a big, chubby cushion reindeer with a shiny red nose and a jingle bell collar. This amigurumi reindeer is cocoa brown with a cream muzzle and round belly, soft plush antlers, floppy ears with cream insides and dark little hooves. It is worked in the round in single crochet with bulky yarn and a 6 mm hook, stands about 37 cm (15 in) tall with the antlers, and uses 30 mm safety eyes; the red nose ball, antlers, collar with three gold bells and the legs are sewn on. The page gives a row-by-row pattern with stitch counts and an interactive 3D model to check every piece, a lovely Christmas gift.

1 sc ≈ 7.5 mm wide, 1 round ≈ 6.8 mm tall (10 cm ≈ 13 sc × 15 rounds); yarn about 3.6 mm thick. The gauge sets the size of the toy; crochet tightly so the stuffing does not show.
Continuous spiral rounds. Don't join. Move a stitch marker up every round.
Safety eyes and noses go in before the piece is stuffed and closed (see the pieces above); embroidery is easier before the piece is sewn on.
