A free crochet goat pattern for a sweet sitting goat kid in creamy white with a long gentle face and a little chin beard. This amigurumi goat has sand-colored horns that curve back, long tan ears that stick out sideways, small brown hooves and a gold bell on a thin red cord. It is worked in the round in single crochet with DK yarn and a 2.5 mm hook, ends up about 12 cm (5 in) tall and has safety eyes, with the muzzle, horns, ears, legs, beard and bell sewn on. The page gives a row-by-row pattern with stitch counts and an interactive 3D model to check every piece, a cozy gift for the Year of the Goat.

1 sc ≈ 4 mm wide, 1 round ≈ 3.6 mm tall (10 cm ≈ 25 sc × 28 rounds); yarn about 1.9 mm thick. The gauge sets the size of the toy; crochet tightly so the stuffing does not show.
Continuous spiral rounds. Don't join. Move a stitch marker up every round.
Safety eyes and noses go in before the piece is stuffed and closed (see the pieces above); embroidery is easier before the piece is sewn on.
