A free crochet crab pattern for a cheerful red-orange amigurumi crab with big googly eyes on stalks and its claws raised high. This crab plushie has a wide, flat oval body with a peach underside, two big pincer claws on short arms, six little legs, pink cheeks and a happy stitched smile. It is worked in the round in single crochet with DK yarn and a 2.5 mm hook; the body is one oval piece, safety eyes sit in cream eye bumps, and each claw is a palm with two fingers, for a crab about 11 cm (4 in) tall and 18 cm (7 in) wide.
